⚠️ Important Legal Notice

contract.diy is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Generated contracts are templates and starting points only. They do not constitute legal advice, create an attorney-client relationship, or substitute for advice from a qualified attorney. Always consult a licensed attorney before signing or relying on any contract.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using contract.diy (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

For support inquiries, email support@contract.diy.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

contract.diy is an AI-assisted contract drafting tool that helps users generate contract templates based on their inputs. The Service uses large language models to produce draft contract text.

The Service is intended to help individuals and small businesses create starting-point contract templates. It is not a substitute for professional legal counsel.

3. Not Legal Advice — Detailed Disclaimer

contract.diy is not a law firm. The company, its founders, and the AI system that powers contract generation are not your lawyers and do not represent you.

Contracts generated by the Service are templates and starting points. They may be incomplete, inaccurate for your jurisdiction, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances.

They do not constitute legal advice. You should not rely on generated contracts without independent legal review.

Always consult a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction before using, signing, or enforcing any contract, especially for high-value or complex matters.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
