Overview

What is a Custom Contract?

A custom contract is a legally binding agreement drafted to fit a specific situation that standard templates don't cover. Whether it's an unusual business arrangement, a creative collaboration, or a one-of-a-kind transaction, a custom contract ensures every party's rights and obligations are clearly documented.

Standard contracts work for common situations, but business rarely fits neatly into categories. Joint ventures with unique profit-sharing, multi-party collaborations, barter arrangements, revenue-sharing deals, and hybrid service-product agreements all need contracts that reflect their actual terms — not boilerplate language that almost fits.

Contract.DIY lets you describe your situation in plain language and generates a complete, jurisdiction-aware agreement. You get the structure and legal language of a professionally drafted contract, with the flexibility to cover exactly what matters to your deal.
